Prices

All prices are in Thai baht and are what you pay. Nothing is added at the end. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue a VAT tax invoice.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard, PromptPay, and cash on delivery up to ฿3,000. We cannot accept American Express or debit cards issued outside Thailand. Card and PromptPay payments are processed by Stripe and will appear on your statement as STRIPE PAYMENTS (THAILAND) LTD rather than as Picklr.

Stock

We hold stock in Thailand and reserve your items while you check out. If something goes wrong and we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Returns

Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Refunds go back the way you paid. PromptPay refunds are handled by our payment provider and need you to reply to their email with your bank details, so they take a few days.
