    Thai couriers ring before delivering. Two days to Pattaya, Hua Hin and Bangkok.

Visa and Mastercard, PromptPay, or cash on delivery up to ฿3,000. We cannot accept American Express or debit cards issued outside Thailand.

How long does delivery actually take?
Two working days to Pattaya, Hua Hin and Bangkok, three to four elsewhere in Thailand. Everything on this site is already in a warehouse here, so nothing is waiting at customs and nothing is charged to you on arrival.
Which cards can I use?
Visa and Mastercard issued in Thailand. We cannot accept American Express, and we cannot accept debit cards issued outside Thailand — that is a limit of Thai card processing, not a choice we made. If your card is refused, PromptPay or cash on delivery will work.
Can I pay cash when it arrives?
Yes, on orders up to ฿3,000. The driver phones before delivering. Have the amount ready, as drivers rarely carry change.
Which paddle should I start with?
There is one paddle and it comes in two colourways — green stripe, or navy and red. Same face, same core, same weight; pick the one you like the look of. If two of you are starting together, the starter set is two paddles, four balls and a case for less than buying them separately.
Do I get a discount for buying for the whole group?
Yes, and you do not have to ask. Paddles get cheaper at four and cheaper again at ten — down to ฿690 each — and the lower price appears in your basket on its own. No account and no negotiation.
What if it is the wrong thing?
Send it back unused within 14 days and we refund it. If something arrives faulty we cover the return postage as well. Message us on LINE first and we will sort it out there rather than through a form.
Do I have to create an account?
No. There is no account and no password. We ask for a delivery address and a mobile number, because the courier needs both, and nothing else.
