How long it takes

Everything we sell is already in Thailand. Orders placed before noon usually leave the same day and arrive within two working days almost anywhere in the country. Nothing is shipped from overseas, so there is no customs step and no import charge waiting for you.

What it costs

Delivery is ฿60 for most items and ฿120 for bags, which are bulky. Orders over ฿750 are delivered free. If your basket contains a bag, you pay the bag rate once — never one charge per item.

The driver will call you

Thai couriers phone before delivering, which is why we ask for a mobile number rather than treating it as optional. If you live in a condominium, please give us the building name and your unit number — parcels go to the juristic office, and without those two details they often come back to us.

Paying cash on delivery

You can pay the driver in cash for orders up to ฿3,000. Above that we ask for payment before dispatch.

If something is wrong

Message us on LINE and we will sort it out. If you paid by PromptPay, refunds are handled by our payment provider, who will email you to ask where to send the money — it is not instant, and it needs a reply from you. We would rather tell you that now than surprise you later.
