How long it takes

Everything we sell is already in Thailand. Orders placed before noon usually leave the same day and arrive within two working days almost anywhere in the country. Nothing is shipped from overseas, so there is no customs step and no import charge waiting for you.

What it costs

Delivery is a flat ฿30 anywhere in Thailand, whatever is in your basket and however many items — bags included. Orders over ฿950 are delivered free.

The driver will call you

Thai couriers phone before delivering, which is why we ask for a mobile number rather than treating it as optional. If you live in a condominium, please give us the building name and your unit number — parcels go to the juristic office, and without those two details they often come back to us.

Paying cash on delivery

You pay the driver in cash when your order arrives — up to ฿3,000 per order. Card and PromptPay payments are coming soon.

If something is wrong

Email us at care@moonshotstudio.ai and we will sort it out. Send anything back unused within 14 days for a refund; if it arrived faulty we cover the return postage too.
